THE OPPORTUNITY
A newly created opportunity, the WHSE Senior Advisor is a management level position within the Operations department, reporting to the Head of Health, Safety and Environment, with a dotted line to the Country Head, New Zealand. The role is responsible for delivering JCDecaux’s WHSE commitments to its people, contractors, and customers.
The role will participate in the fostering a strong safety culture within the organization, through delivery of field and office-based education and leadership programs. Working closely with Senior Management in New Zealand to develop, coach, and oversee the delivery of key safety leadership activities by JCDecaux and its contractors in New Zealand.
As required, you will also provide subject matter expertise in the areas of WHSE risk management, incident investigation and corrective action, sub-contractor management and inspection, and audit. The delivery of JCDecaux’s integrated management system in a compliant and standardized manner will also be a key focus area for this role.
