THE OPPORTUNITY

The role of Asset Development Coordinator is to support and contribute to the operational effectiveness and efficiency within JCDecaux Commercial Development, with a particular focus on the Asset Development segment. It will see you providing administrative support to the Asset Development Team during projects, work with approved suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure relevant projects are delivered and achieve safety, time, cost, quality, and sustainability outcomes.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Transit Assets – Ensure administration tasks related to bus and tram assets are complete and inventory database is always current, as directed by manager.
  • Project Administration – Support the Asset Managers and Senior Project Managers in the delivery of asset development projects, with a primary focus on administration tasks including but not limited to, Work Order drafting, cost (CAPEX) tracking, processing documents as requested.
  • Electrical Connections – With a primary focus on delivering electricity supply to new assets and disconnection of existing supply to decommissioned infrastructure you will also be responsible for the submission of new connections and abolishment applications and work with electricity retailers and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for management of own design workflow, in essence functioning as a satellite department within the broader Asset Development team.

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

You’ll have prior administration experience with the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly and have an eye for detail and process efficiencies. As well as:

  • High level of working experience with MS Office products such as Office 365.
  • Familiarity with online document management systems and cloud-based storage solutions.
  • Intermediate Excel and Database Management skills.
  • Intermediate Reporting and Analysis skills.
  • Driver Licence.
