THE OPPORTUNITY

This role will see you providing support, leadership, and guidance to a team of Campaign Operations Executives. You will oversee the posting of all campaigns to ensure they are on time and meet the agreed safety, service quality and cost deliverables.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead, guide and support a team of Campaign Operations Executives to complete the accurate and timely installation of all allocated campaigns on behalf of our clients
• Mentor team members to drive productivity and deliver an exceptional sales/client experience
• Develop and maintain a professional and proactive relationship with all JCDecaux departments and our super suppliers
• Proactively recommend improvements and operational efficiencies
• Conduct reviews & improve relevant processes & systems as required
• Work with internal and external stakeholders in taking appropriate action where quality standards are not being met or efficiencies can be achieved

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

You will have demonstrated experience leading a high performing team. Ideally, you’ll have prior experience in operations or logistics and be used to working to deadlines. You are someone who is pro-active, upbeat, collaborative and enjoys working in a fun, but driven team environment. In addition to:

• Time management and ability to take initiative, prioritise and multi-task
• Confident with MS Office applications
