THE OPPORTUNITY

The role of the Airport Account Manager is to generate high profile exposure across the media marketplace, providing a sales service across media agencies, direct clients and the broader JCDecaux sales team. Working closely with the Business Director, you will be responsible for managing the proactive sales conversations amongst our client set, responding to briefs, as well as instigating new partnerships.

 

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Champion JCDecaux Airport assets and drive product expertise in agencies and direct with key clients
  • Manage and deliver Airport revenue targets
  • With the JCDecaux sales team, manage balanced and consistent exposure for JCDecaux Airports across different departments within the agency (Buying, Planning, Strategy, Digital, Specialist)
  • Management and coordination of ideal business outcomes on Airport briefs, as well as support to Sales team members on cross-format brief responses
  • Proactive business ideation and building of strategic long-term Airport client partnerships
  • Work alongside JCDecaux Airport’s Business Director ANZ to promote JCDecaux to the top 5-10 partnerships clients, direct
  • Cultivate the required relationship with Airport agency partners and clients, to ensure this is streamlined, collaborative and positive for all parties
  • Work with Sales to grow market share for JCDecaux Airports and increase revenue streams across Airport assets

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

You’ll have demonstrated media experience gained from either a media owner or agency environment and a strong understanding of the media landscape. You’ll be motivated by driving business, growing relationships, and providing exceptional support, as well as:

 

  • Ideation and management of larger projects and partnership negotiations
  • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Solution based selling, experience managing revenue expectations on broad portfolios
